During the 8 weeks you will learn some sport-specific exercises that will: • Develop your body awareness so that you are working in your ideal position to tackle that run you've always wanted to do • Balance your body, so you fall less • Increase your flexibility, so that when you do fall you can get up easily • Develop optimal muscle use to prevent injuries • Strengthen your core to improve your balance, stamina and performance • Improve mobility to relieve stresses and strains on your body If you miss a class or can't make it live the recorded sessions will be available on the specific GF4S channel on my website up until January 2023
