Keep Fit 4 Skiing

5 Short videos to help you stay ready to hit the slopes!!

Pilates is a fantastic way to support your love of skiing and snowboarding.

  • Frustrated that you have to keep canceling your skiing trip, especially at the moment when no holiday is set in stone?

  • Worried that all that pre-skiing exercise you did won't last?

  • Need specific ski/snowboard focus exercises?

These 5 short videos are a great tool, when used alongside any exercise regime you do, to help you keep your joints and body ready for whenever you can get to the mountains.

4 of the videos have a specific focus - warm-up, lower limbs, upper body, core strength, these are a series of exercises that you can repeat as many times as you like or mix and match some together. The 5th video is a 15 min session incorporating all of the different focuses. Ideally to keep your ski fitness you would try and do these videos at least once a week, more if possible.

They will help to:

  • Keep your body balanced, helping to reduce the number of times you fall

  • Increase your flexibility so if you do fall, you can get up easily

  • Develop optimal muscle use to prevent injuries

  • Strengthen your core to improve your balance and performance

  • Improve mobility to relieve stresses and strains on your body

All of these will give you an amazing head start on the slopes with more energy to go further and more strength to ski for longer so that you can truly earn your après ski!!

You can purchase each individual video for €4,99 or purchase them as a bundle of 5 for just €24,95 - click the button below

Best result - No more pain, I’ve also taken on new sports I would not have been capable of doing a year ago. Probably the fittest I’ve been in a long while - result!
