From Julia Barnes Yoga and co-founder of Lyon's first Vinyasa Yoga studio Julia has been teaching yoga since 2009.  Julia's approach to yoga is playful yet thoughtful, combining a creative flow with a focus on alignment and mindfulness that invites us to use the practice as a space for nourishment, self-discovery, and transformation.
