In this course, you will continue to:

  • learn how to reconnect to your pelvic floor and tummy muscles

  • be shown the best exercises to help reduce those post pregnancy aches and pains and get you moving more easily

  • learn some of the best exercises to help you feel stronger and more able to meet the physical demands of being a new Mum

What's even better is that you can bring your baby with you so that they can share this wonderful space with you.

Wherever you are on your post-natal journey (whether you are weeks, months, or years into it) it is never too late to start your recovery.
