In this 5 week course, you will:
learn how to reconnect to your pelvic floor and tummy muscles
be shown the best exercises to help reduce those post pregnancy aches and pains and get you moving more easily
learn some of the best exercises to help you feel stronger and more able to meet the physical demands of being a new Mum
What's even better is that you can bring your baby with you so that they can share this wonderful space with you.
