Each week, you’ll have access to expertly crafted video sessions: one comprehensive 1-hour class and a second shorter session, focusing on specific skills and areas of improvement. The program is structured to gradually build your strength, mobility, and confidence on the slopes. You’ll learn sport-specific exercises that target the muscles and movement patterns essential for skiing, helping you tackle challenging runs, improve your balance to reduce falls, and increase your flexibility for better recovery. Whether you’re preparing for your first ski trip or looking to take your skills to the next level, this program offers the flexibility to start anytime and progress at your own pace.
